Undisputedly, against the alleged disobedience of the order of injunction dated 10 October 2017, the petitioner has preferred an application bringing relevant facts to the notice of the trial Judge.
In view thereof, no cause arises for this Court to entertain this petition.
Consequently, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to prosecute his application as made before the concerned Court.
