Heard learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 18.1.2019 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad, by which in proceedings under Section 7/25 and 12 of Guardians and Wards Act, Principal Judge, Family Court, upon application moved by respondent no.2 has directed petitioner to produce his minor daughter Km. Vaishnavi in Court at 10:00 a.m. on every Saturday upon which the minor daughter will be handed over to her mother Neelam Sharma, respondent no.2 through Peshkar of Court and shall be returned at 4:00 p.m. when the minor will be handed over back to petitioner. The order has been passed after hearing parties' counsel and no manifest error of fact or law or any perversity could be shown by learned counsel for the petitioner, in the impugned order.
In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of with the direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No.91 of 2018 in accordance with law, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order before him.
