Heard Sri Kashi Nath Shukla, learned Counsel for petitioner and learned AGA for State-respondents.
Present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer that court concerned be directed to decide the trial of Revision No.54 of 2018, Munauvar Vs. State of U.P. and another, pending in the Court of Additional District and Session Judge, Court No.4, Mau expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that matter is urgent and petitioner is suffering from delay disposal of case, the court concerned may be directed to decide the case as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as determined by this Court.
Learned AGA for State has no objection to aforesaid request.
Keeping in view of circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is finally disposed of with direction to Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, fixing short dates in the matter preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before the Court concerned, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the above observations, the petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India stands disposed of.
