Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J.
Sri V.K. Dixit, counsel for the applicants, states that the subject matter of instant petition was a dispute between two State Agencies. Consequently, this Court by order dated 9.3.2018 permitted the petitioner to file representation before the Government in accordance with Section 256 of U.P. Chetra Panchayat and Zila Panchayat Adhiniyam, 1961 and the State Government was directed to take decision in the matter without being influenced by the impugned order of the District Judge as well as prescribed authority.
A supplementary affidavit has been filed bringing on record the decision taken by the State Government on 21.5.2019 on the representation of the petitioner.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute having already been decided by the State Government nothing further survives in the instant petition.
Accordingly, the petition is consigned to record.
