The relief claimed in this petition is for a direction upon the respondent to decide the objection filed by the petitioner to the notice dated 3 February 2018.
Sri Jai Bahadur Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the objections have been decided by the order dated 5 April 2018 issued by the Executive Officer of the Nagar Palika Parishad, Badaun.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition to assail the said order.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.
