On 23rd May, 2013, the following order was passed:
"As agreed between the parties, list this matter in second week of July 2013. The parties will address the territorial jurisdiction of this Court to entertain the writ petition since the Court is prima facie of the opinion that the respondent-corporation being located in the State of Uttarakhand, the writ petition should be entertained by the High Court of Uttarakhand."
Today, in the revised list, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners to press the petition although Sri R.K. Singh is present for respondents 1 and 2.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
