Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.K. Tripathi holding brief of Sri Nripendra Mishra, learned counsel for the Electricity Department and perused the record.
In substance this writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking direction to the respondents to restore the electricity to the petitioner's Tube-well situated in Village Rampur Niyamatpur, Tehsil Garh Mukteshar, District Hapur.
From the perusal of the writ petition, it transpires that this writ petition has been filed on incomplete set of facts, as such, this Court has no option but to dismiss this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed.
