This writ petition has been filed for following relief :-
Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to allot the Fair Price Shop situated in Mohalla - Vijay Nagar, Sector- 9 C-Block, Ghaziabad City in favour of the petitioner in pursuance of the application dated 24.11.2001 filed by the petitioner before the respondent no. 3 within a period of two months.
Heard learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
We do not see any merit in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
