Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the claim of petitioner regarding the representation dated 24.01.2012 (Annexure no. 4) which is still pending for consideration before him and issue a fresh cheque in favour of petitioner's institution.
Heard learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
We do not see any merit in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
