Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Commissioner, Chitrakoot Dham Division at Banda to decide the Appeal No. 403 of 2014-15 filed under Section 18 of Arms Act' 1959, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
