(i) The petitioner shall file a certified copy of this order alongwith attested copies of his applications 08.09.2017 and 16.12.2017 together with proof of filing of such representation within a period of two weeks from today.
(ii) Upon such application/representation being filed, the District Magistrate, Jhansi may pass appropriate orders on his representation within a period of two months from the date of the representation being filed.
(iii) In case the District Magistrate, Jhansi is inclined to reject the application/representation of the petitioner, he may pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law.
