This is a petition by a Street Vendor, who claims to have been granted license under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. He is praying that they may be allotted places for vending at certain vending zones.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 states that the NOIDA Authority have identified vending zones.
The petitioner may makes an application for allotment of places in the vending zones.
In case, the petitioner makes an application for allotment of places in the vending zones, his application may be disposed of in accordance with the procedure so framed.
