Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents No. 1, 2 and 3. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, this Court does not find it necessary to issue notices to the respondents to the petition.

It has been submitted by Shri Prabhakar Awasthi that the institution namely Muslim Inter College, Asara, District Baghpat is a minority institution and the Committee of Management, petitioner No. 1, has been duly elected on 24.06.2018 with the petitioner No. 2 as its manager and the papers were submitted to the District Inspector of Schools for recognition and attestation of signatures of manager. The District Inspector of Schools in turn has referred the matter to the Regional Level Committee on 12.07.2018 as a dispute regarding the said election was set up by Shri Mohd. Usman, respondent No. 4 herein. The Regional Level Committee has issued notice to the parties but no further proceeding has taken place and the work of the institution is suffering because of delay caused in taking decision by the Regional Level Committee.

This Court has perused the pleadings on record. It appears that the Joint Director of Education has issued two notices on 20.08.2018 and 06.09.2018 to the parties to appear and

represent the case before the Regional Level Committee.

This writ petition is disposed off without entering into the merits of the controversy with a direction to the Regional Level Committee, the Respondent No. 2 herein, to take appropriate decision after giving opportunity of hearing and without giving unnecessary adjournments to either of parties within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
