By way of this petition, the petitioner wants that the appeal which has been filed before the appellate authority in the month of May, 2018 be decided expeditiously. Just because she is a wealthy person, she can come to the High Court so that this Court should show indulgence and direct the appellate authority give her exempt over the other parties who are waiting for the appeal to be adjudicated upon.
This Court is not a place where such prayers should be made however, if at all there is any urgency, he may request the appellate authority.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed.
