The prayer in the present petition is to issue a direction to the District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar to execute the recovery certificate dated 11.10.2017 issued by the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Kanpur Region, Kanpur/Payment of Wages Authority in P.W. Case No.69 of 2014.
For the grievances raised herein, it would be appropriate that the petitioner shall approach the respondent no.3 i.e. the Prescribed Authority under the Payment of Wages Act with the application who may do the needful, in accordance with law.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
