The petitioner has submitted an application to the Vice Chairman, Agra Development Authority, Agra on 28.07.2018 for change of accommodation available to him, i.e., E-35 by C- 99 under Kalindi Vihar Scheme.
From perusal of the facts stated in the petition for writ, it is apparent that the petitioner submitted an application for change of accommodation only on 28.07.2018 and then after a lapse of 10 days presented this petition for writ on 06.08.2018.
We are of considered view that a reasonable time should have been given by the petitioner to the Authority competent to consider and decide the application.
In view of the facts stated above, we are not inclined to interfere with the matter at this stage.
The petition for writ is dismissed.
