This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the applications dated 23.4.2016 and 18.5.2018 filed by the petitioner before the said authority within a stipulated period of time.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Staterespondents and Sri Anuj Kumar, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 5.
In substance the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non disposal of his applications dated 23.4.2016 and 18.5.2018 filed before the respondent no.2 District Magistrate,Mahoba .
Without entering into the merit of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to
the Respondent No. 2 to pass appropriate order on the aforementioned applications of the petitioner dated 23.4.2016 and 18.5.2018 in accordance with law expeditiously after receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It will be open to the petitioner to annex a xerox copy of his earlier applications/representations along with the certified copy of this order.
