This is a wholly misconceived petition filed on behalf of the father of a major girl with the assertion that an inter-caste marriage between the petitioner's daughter and the respondent No.4 has all possibility of creating the situation of riots between the two communities.
The petitioner being father of a major girl and a responsible member of the society is under obligation to take stock of the situation and make all efforts to curb such situation.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed .
