The petitioner is aggrieved against the action of the Police Administration in not permitting him to sell the vegetables in the market directly as per the provisions contained in New Model Agricultural Produce Marketing Act which is in the benefit of the private vegetable vendors/farmers.
In view of these facts and circumstances, the petitioner has approached the District Magistrate, Muzzaffar Nagar for redressal of his grievances by means of the representation dated 19.5.2018 which has not been considered till date by the District Magistrate.
Under these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the District Magistrate to look into the representation made by the petitioner on 19.5.2018 and consider the same in accordance with law.
