Sri Prashant, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are prepared to clear the entire dues.
After the matter was heard Sri Prashant, learned counsel for the petitioners pray that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition in order to enable the petitioners to negotiate with the respondent private finance company or take such other legal steps that may be available in law. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the said liberty.
