The petitioner alleges that the order dated 7 May 2018 passed by Sub-divisional Magistrate in the proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 60 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has not been complied with.
If that be so, it is for the petitioner to apprise the Magistrate concerned. We do not consider it proper to entertain this petition for enforcement of the said order. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
