Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner in respect of the original claim has already filed an appeal before the State Consumer Forum where 08.08.2018 is the next date fixed.
In the meantime a recovery citation has been issued on 05.03.2008.
In our considered opinion the petitioner can move an appropriate urgent application before the State Consumer Forum itself in case he is seeking any relief against distress proceedings having been undertaken.
We are therefore not inclined to entertain the writ petition without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to approach the State Consumer Forum for the redressal of his grievances. The writ petition accordingly disposed of.
