"Sri S.P. Singh, has raised a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner no.1, who is an individual member cannot challenge the impugned order. He further submitted that petitioner no.1, who claims himself to be life member, is not entitled to sue on behalf of the Society (petitioner no.2).
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to examine the aforesaid contentions.
Put up as fresh on 18 May 2018."
Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed for withdrawal of the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
