A supplementary affidavit has been filed today in compliance of order dated 25.4.2018 in which it is stated that the result of the petitioner relating to second semester of M.A. Hindi Course of academic session 2013-14 has not been declared so far. The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a mandamus commanding the respondents to declare the result of the petitioner relating to the said examination.
Sri Vivek Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no.2, 3 and 4 states that the Examination Controller, the fourth respondent is competent to examine the grievance of the petitioner.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the fourth respondent with a certified copy of this order and a fresh representation and in which event, the fourth respondent shall pass a speaking order on the said representation within next four weeks.
