Mr. Kameshwar Chaubey, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to take a remedy under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 or under the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Apartment (Promotion of Construction, Ownership and Maintenance) Act, 2010 and also seeks direction to the competent authority to deal with his complaint within time frame. Petition is dismissed, as not pressed, with liberty as prayed.
It is needless to mention that if the petitioner makes an application, as aforementioned, the competent authority shall deal with the same, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of its presentation.
