The Committee of Management of Sri Rahis Pal Rajkumar Inter College Badagaon, district Firozabad has filed this petition with the following prayers:-

" A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to provide safety and security to the institution of the petitioner namely Sri Rahis Pal Rajkumar Inter College Badagaon, District Firozabad from the respondent No.5 and his other anti-social elements to ensure the smooth functioning of the aforesaid institution to provide the educational atmosphere to the students of the aforesaid institution.

B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 to provide safety and security to the aforesaid institution in view of application dated 25.10.2017 made by the petitioner before the respondent No.2."

On 8 April 2018 instructions were sought from the learned Standing Counsel. Instructions have been placed on record which did indicate that prima facie there is a dispute regarding the Committee of Management of the Institution.

Without adverting as to whether the petitioner is a recognized Committee of Management of the Institution or not, we consider it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the District Inspector of Schools, Firozabad to examine the grievances raised in this petition and pass an appropriate order.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
