This petition has been filed raising a grievance that the respondent-S.R.S. Ayurvedik Medical College, Sikandarpur, District Agra is not granting admission to the petitioners in a medical course despite the fact that the names of the petitioners appear in the list of candidates selected for admission in the said institute.
Learned counsel for the respondents have pointed out that the last date for taking admission that was notified was 29 November 2017. This petition has been filed in April 2018 seeking admission to the said course. It will, therefore, not be appropriate for the Court to entertain this petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly dismissed.
