It is submitted that petitioner no. 2 is a senior citizen and retired person and is living with petitioner no. 1 in a live in relationship.
Grievance of the petitioners is that respondents no. 5 and 6, who are son and daughter-in-law of petitioner no. 2 are unnecessarily harassing them and interfering their lives.
That being so, it is open to the petitioners to lodge first information report against the respondents no. 5 and 6 and the Court has no reason to believe that law will not take its own course.
Relief prayed in this petition is not liable to be granted.
With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands dismissed.
