Learned counsel for the petitioner is reported to have died.
This Court vide order dated 3.1.2018 directed that notice be issued to the petitioner to engage another counsel. Consequently notice was issued to the petitioner fixing 15.2.2018. In view of office reports dated 13.2.2018 and 28.2.2018 service of notice upon the petitioner is deemed sufficient.
The case has been called out in the revised list. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
