In view of the fact that respondent No. 2 died on 19.8.2016 and no substitution application bringing on record the heirs/legal representatives of the aforesaid respondent has yet been filed and the impleadment application No. 315007 of 2017 filed on behalf of subsequent purchaser of the property has been dismissed in default by this Court vide order of date, the cause of action for the present writ petition does not survive and the petition is accordingly dismissed as abated.
