Vide order dated 19.2.2018 the present writ petition was dismissed against respondent No. 7 due to failure of the petitioner to take steps for service of the notice of the writ petition upon respondent No. 7.
Through Application No. 378340 of 2011 it has been brought to the notice of this Court that respondent No. 6 also died on 12.8.2009. Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 are the only contesting respondents in the case. No substitution application praying to substitute the heirs of respondent No. 6 has been filed.
In view of the aforesaid, the abatement application is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as abated.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
