C.M.Compromise Application No.357089 of 2017
The present compromise application has been filed by the parties to the case and their substituted heirs stating that they have entered into a compromise. The compromise along with the affidavit was sent to the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Etawah for verification and the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Etawah after verifying the compromise has sent a report dated 7.12.2017 stating that the compromise was admitted and verified by the parties before him who were identified by their counsels.
The terms of the compromise have been incorporated in paragraph-7 of the affidavit filed in support of the application. In view of the fact that the matter has been compromised between the parties, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise. The parties shall file a certified copy of this order along with a copy of compromise application and affidavit before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Etawah who shall ensure that appropriate action is taken in terms of the compromise.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
