This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent-2 to give benefit of Assured Career Progression Scheme to the petitioner and revise the pay scale of the petitioner according to it.
It has been stated that the petitioner retired from the post of Safai Karmchari on 30.11.2015 from Nagar Nigam, Allahabad. Although Assured Career Progression Scheme has been applied to Nagar Nigam, Allahabad, but on its basis, pay scale of the petitioner has not been revised. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of directing Nagar Ayukt (respondent-2) to decide the representation of the petitioner within three months, from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
