The petitioner has assailed the order dated 15.4.2005 passed by the respondent No.5. The charge-sheet wherein charges of misconduct have been laid out against the petitioner has been annexed as Annexure-4 to the writ petition. No subsequent developments have been brought in the record.
The suspension has been made in contemplation of a departmental enquiry. The charges disclose several acts of serious misconduct, which if proved, will warrant a major penalty. There is no infirmity in the order of suspension.
The writ petition is dismissed.
