The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the respondents to provide retiral benefits to the petitioner with interest and all other benefits.
This much is reflected from the record in question that the petitioner was working as clerk in the institution in question and he retired on 30.06.2017 but no retiral benefits has been extended to him as yet. Hence this writ petition.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the third respondent i.e. District Basic Education Officer, Mau to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
