List is being revised. Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the present writ petition.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has sought following reliefs:
" a. Issue a writ, order or direction to respondent no. 2 to regularize the petitioner on the newly created post of Engineer according to Government notification dated 12.5.2005.
b. Issue a writ, order or direction to respondent no. 2 to grant full back wages to the petitioner in the grade of a Civil Engineer from the date of the notification dated 12.5.2005 i.e. the date of the sanction/creation of the said post,
c. Issue a writ, order or direction to respondent no. 2 quashing the malafide notice/letter dated 28.11.2005 issued by the office of the Registrar of the University. "
I have examined the pleadings and grounds raised in the writ petition and have perused the records. The writ petition is of the year 2006 and it appears that either writ petition is rendered infructuous due to efflux of time or petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
