Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to fourth respondent i.e. Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Auraiya to decide her representations dated 04.10.2017 and 08.12.2017 within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the fourth respondent to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
