At the very outset learned counsel for the parties agree that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment and order rendered on 29.1.2018 in Writ A No.841 of 2018 ( Kanchan Bala and 172 others vs. State of UP and 4 ors ) whereby the Court has proceeded to dismiss the writ petition.
In view of above, this writ petition is also dismissed.
