By order dated 30.6.2008, which is impugned in the writ petition, the petitioner was required to vacate the official premises.
On the basis of the instructions, Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has vacated the official premises. Consequently, cause of action does not survive.
The writ petition is dismissed.
