Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from the post of Assistant Teacher in Rashtriya Laghu Madhyamik Vidyalaya Uchchakrit Jajaupur Kalyanpur, Azamgarh on 30.06.2014. When the petitioner was not paid his pension and other retiral dues, he had filed a Writ A No.22396 of 2015 (Chandrabhan Yadav vs. State of UP and 5 others). The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of on 21.4.2015 asking the District Basic Education Officer to ensure compliance of his order dated 23.9.2014. When nothing had happened, then the petitioner had again approached this Court by preferring a Writ A No.13820 of 2016 and the said writ petition was disposed of on 30.3.2016 asking the District Basic Education Officer, Azamgarh to examine the case of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a Contempt Application (Civil) No.3984 of 2016 in which notices were issued to the respondents on 11.8.2016. After issuance of the notice, the respondents has finally release his pension on 30.11.2016. The petitioner is receiving monthly pension with effect from 14.1.2017. He is claiming interest on the delayed payment of pension and GPF amount. He has confined his prayer only to the relief that his representation dated 14.11.2017 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
