Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 08.03.2011 passed by the respondent no. 3 by which the contract of the petitioner has been cancelled.
This writ petition has been filed after seven years of the passing of the impugned order. There is no explanation with regard to delay in approaching this Court. This writ petition is not entertained.
However, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he has already made a representation on 18.01.2018 before the respondent no. 2 (Regional Manager, U.P. State Road Transport Corporation, Aligarh).
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation made by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
