Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Suresh C.Dwivedi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Nagar Nigam.
The petitioner was working as a Safai Karmchari since 1980 and she retired on 30.8.2018. Till date, her retiral dues have not been paid to her. She has made a representation in this regard on 5.12.2018. A copy of which has been filed as annexure 3 to the writ petition.
This writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. In case, certain dues are admissible to the petitioner, the same be also ensured to be paid within a further period of one month.
