Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In view of the order of this Court, the petitioner has appeared in person and has placed before this Court the original carbon copy of the answer sheet which was given to the candidates during examination.
From perusal thereof, I find that the registration number and the Roll Number are to be filled in different columns but the candidate has filled registration number also in the roll number column while darkening the circles. Consequently, the result has been declared not qualified.
In respect of such mistakes committed by the candidates during the examination, this Court has already taken the view in Writ A No. 26173 of 2018 and has declined to interfere in the matter.
This writ petition is accordingly consigned to record in view of the order passed in Writ A No. 26173 of 2018 on 17.12.2018.
