Heard learned counsels for the parties.
The petitioners are Part Time Instructors appointed for eleven months. As per the government order it is stated that renewal is permissible subject to good conduct and work.
Petitioners submit that their matter is engaging the attention of District Basic Education Officer, Ghazipur, as they have applied for further renewal for the period 2018-19.
Sri R.B. Pradhan, appearing for District Basic Education Officer, states that their case will be considered on merits by the concerned authority if given a direction that the same may be disposed of.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that claim of the petitioners already engaging attention of District Basic Education Officer, Ghazipur shall be considered and appropriate order shall be passed within six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
