Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner is aggrieved against the adjustment/ transfer on the principle of last come first go in the light of Government Order dated 20.07.2018 and consequential circular letter dated 16.08.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon the judgment of learned Single Judge of Lucknow Bench of this Court in Service Single No. 28077 of 2018, Smt. Ritambhara Bhatt v. State of U.P. and others .

Per contra , the argument advanced on behalf of the learned counsel for the respondents is that the petitioner does not enjoy any vested right of posting and this matter, according to him, has already been considered by a Division Bench of this Court in Sarita Rani & 7 others v. State of U.P. and others Writ - A No. 1035 of 2018 decided on 23.08.2018 in which the judgment of learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition has been upheld.

Having heard learned counsels for the parties, this Court finds itself in complete agreement with the judgment of Division Bench and the matter having concluded, the same cannot be reopened before the learned Single Judge.

Writ petition, therefore, is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in Sarita Rani (supra) decided on 23.08.2018. Needless to say that liberty always rests with the petitioner to represent the authority in the light of provisions of Rule 8(2)(b) of Posting Rules, 2008.
