At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has already preferred a Departmental Appeal on 22.01.2018 before the respondent no. 2 against the order dated 06.11.2017 terminating the services of the petitioner.
Sri Chandan Agarwal, learned counsel representing respondent nos. 3 and 4 has no objection, if direction is issued to 2nd respondent to dispose of the pending appeal of the petitioner.
Accordingly, the direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner pending before him since 22.01.2018 strictly on merits in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by means of reasoned and speaking order.
Writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
