By means of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents for payment of outstanding post retiral dues to the petitioner, who has retired from the post of peon on 24.12.2007.
In the interest of justice, the matter needs to be examined in the first instance by the 3rd respondent.
The District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, District Mirzapur is directed to examine the case and pass an order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
