Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has obtained scanned copy of the answer sheet of the Assistant Teachers Recruitment Examination-2018 held for filling up the Assistant Teachers in Basic Schools run by the Basic Shiksha Parishad, U.P. Allahabad and as such the writ petition is rendered infructuous.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
