This writ petition challenges an order dated 4 August 2009. Quite apart from being highly belated, it deserves to be dismissed for the following reasons.
The claim of the petitioner has been turned down by the respondents who have found that the petitioner had failed to obtain the minimum cut off marks. More fundamentally, it is also recorded that the B.Ed. degree obtained by him was not recognized.
The petition is dismissed .
