After some argument it was pointed out by Sri Sant Ram Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court for seeking protection to class III post. His claim was rejected by order dated 3.8.2017. Now the petitioner has challenged the appointment of other persons on the post of clerk. He has failed to disclose that his claim had earlier been rejected by the respondent authorities.
At this stage, Sri Shamshuddin Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition before this Court.
The writ petition is dismissed.
